About the Role:
Location: Primary schools across Lincoln
Nature: Day-to-day and short-term supply cover
Focus: Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Requirements:
A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or at least 6 months of experience in a similar role
A positive, supportive, and flexible approach to working with children
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and follow teacher direction
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
