Responsibilities of the Insurance BrokerÂ
- Manage inbound/outbound communication from ClientsÂ
- Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the team to drive business growth
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Insurance Broker or Commercial Account Handler role dealing with Commercial Insurance business.Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
