Eaton Syalon are working with a thriving and forward thinking business to recruit for a experienced Logistics/Production Coordinator.

Are you a confident and organised logistics or production professional ready to take the reins in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of the business supporting the smooth running of production, coordinating material flow, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep everything moving like clockwork.

Duties:

· Coordinating daily production and logistics schedules

· Liaising with suppliers, hauliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries

· Managing stock levels, material planning and order tracking

· Producing reports, updating ERP systems and maintaining accurate records

· Using Excel to produce reports, analyse stock data and track KPIs

· Troubleshooting delays and working proactively to resolve supply chain issues

What we’re looking for:

· Previous experience in logistics, production coordination, operations or supply chain administration

· Highly organised with great attention to detail

· Confident communicator - able to work cross-functionally with ease

· Strong IT skills

· Advanced Excel/ ERP experience

· A team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
