In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the packing process, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll supervise a team of packing operatives, organise labour across the shift, manage changeovers and clean-downs, and ensure that stock is correctly handled and recorded using internal systems. You’ll also support and train operatives, helping to build a skilled and flexible team capable of operating across all packing assets. This is a role where your leadership makes a real difference each day.

This position also offers a clear progression path. For the right person, there is strong potential to step up into a Shift Manager role, with support and guidance provided along the way.
