TSR Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Lincoln based main contractor with an exceptional reputation and long trading history. Due to growth and future pipeline of work, this contractor is looking to add a Health and Safety Advisor to its team, covering projects across Lincolnshire.
This is a permanent role, operating across Lincolnshire and will be hands on, travelling to construction sites. Construction experience is a required for this role and may suit a site manager or supervisor looking for a career in H&S
The Role
- Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Give competent advice and support to Site Managers
- Carry out inspections and report findings
- Establish working relationships with delivery team
- Audits and meetings
The Person
- Must have construction experience
- Strong communication, Verbal and written
- NEBOSH (Construction)
- Full UK Driving licence
- Auditing experience
- Knowledge of/experience working to OSHAS 18001 (ISO 45001)
Remuneration
- £50k Plus car allowance, laptop and phone
