We are working with a leading company in Lincoln who are seeking a proactive Office Manager to join their team. This is a permanent role that offers you the chance to make a significant impact in the office.

What You'll Do:As the Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and PA duties
  • Handling correspondence and maintaining records
  • Coordinating meetings and managing schedules
  • Ensuring the office space is organised and welcoming
  • Utilising your strong Microsoft Office experience to create reports, presentations and type documents

What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in office management or administration
  • Exceptional PA skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
