Daily & Long-Term Temporary Roles | Academics
Academics are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. We have a range of day-to-day supply and longer-term temporary roles available.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused on the pre-set work and that behaviour is managed effectively. Lesson plans will be provided, with no planning or marking required.
We Are Looking For:
Confident, reliable, and adaptable individuals
Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Flexibility to take on daily or longer-term assignments
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the UK
We do not offer visa sponsorship
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
