We are recruiting FLT Driver 8 T - Concrete Production to join our client for an immediate start!Location: Tallington Factory Site, Barholm Road, Tallington, Lincolnshire, England, PE9 4RLShift is Monday to Friday 06:00 am till 16:00 - 10 hour 2 breaks - 1 half an hour break is unpaidSalary starting from £13. Our client is a leading manufacturer in the concrete industry, committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Your duties will include:* The FLT driver would have an active role getting off the FLT and moving and chaining the moulds.The Ideal Candidate:* Ideally you will come from a background such as construction, roofing, scaffolding, groundwork or building however other backgrounds will be considered. * You will need excellent time keeping and attendance with a self-motivated team focus attitude. * The ability to learn about all the machines in the different departments and able to communicate with. * The site is tasked to fulfil orders on output so you will need to work as a team to achieve these targets so you will need to work well under pressure.* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, sharing ideas on how to improve production processes. * You will need basic numeracy and literacy skills. *.
