PPA Teacher / HLTA - Part-Time Afternoons - September 2025 Start
Location: Outskirts of Lincoln
Contract: Part-Time (5 Afternoons per Week), September 2025 - July 2026
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Simply Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school to recruit a PPA Cover Teacher or HLTA to provide consistent and engaging PPA Cover across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This exciting opportunity will run from September 2025 through to July 2026, during afternoons only, five days per week.
The Role:
This role involves delivering PPA Cover in PE, Art, and Languages across various year groups in the school. All lessons will be pre-planned, allowing you to focus solely on teaching and classroom management-no planning responsibilities required. This is a great opportunity for a confident educator looking for part-time, afternoon work in a friendly and supportive environment.
You will be providing PPA Cover to ensure continuity of learning while full-time teachers receive their designated planning and preparation time. The school has a strong focus on creativity and active learning, and your role will support that ethos across both KS1 and KS2 classes.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS, HLTA status, or have relevant classroom experience
- Be confident delivering across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Have experience or interest in teaching PE, Art, or Languages
- Be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different classroom settings
- Be committed to providing high-quality PPA Cover in a consistent and engaging manner
