The postholder will:Work in liaison with the Senior Educational Psychologist to complete Education, Health and Care Needs assessments within the required timeframe, to the highest professional standards, whilst ensuring that the person at the centre of the assessment is treated with dignity, love and care.Liaise with educational settings, colleagues, children and young people and their family / carers.Complete high quality written records as part of that statutory assessment process.Provide high quality written records. There is a Quality Assurance process in place and you will be expected to confirm you have quality assured each assessment report you complete, as well as agreeing to quality assurance processes taking place as part of the commitment of the Educational Psychology team in terms of ensuring a high quality experience for the communityDemonstrate through behaviour and actions a firm commitment to data security and confidentiality as appropriate.Ensure they maintain their own CPD, supervision and stay up-to-date with current thinking in Educational Psychology.
