- Interrogate Centurion and Crimson databases, reviewing digital and paper files for MoPI compliance
- Make reasoned, risk-based decisions on information retention and disposal
- Maintain and update accurate records
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve data quality and adherence to policy
- Support the wider PSD team when needed
- GCSEs or equivalent, or relevant practical experience
- Strong administrative background with excellent IT and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse, evaluate, and report on complex information
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of MoPI and relevant data retention policies
- Familiarity with Lincolnshire Police computer systems
