 The Role
- Commercially manage projects ensuring they are completed within budget
- Take off drawings to produce a bill of quantities
- Subcontract and supplier approval and procurement
- Visit site to ensure costs are on track and complete site measures / variation reports
- Produce cost value reports (CVR)
- Invoice reconciliation and approval for payment
- Produce final accounts
The Person
- Quantity Surveyor experience in mainstream construction
- Strong communication skills
- JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
- Organised and professional
- Relevant Degree or experience in similar role
