  • Monday to Thursday: 7.5 hours/day
  • Friday: 7 hours
  • Fully on-site (no remote working or travel)

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Booking and coordinating UK shipments for SGT and AGT
  • Preparing and processing dispatch documentation
  • Uploading and storing shipping paperwork in SAP
  • Approving transport costs up to £10,000
  • Liaising with EC and Customs teams to ensure compliance
  • Managing team mailbox and responding professionally to queries
  • Handling shipping documentation for both UK and international (ROW) customers
  • Coordinating project shipments, import/export procedures, and customs clearance
  • Maintaining accurate records, export registers, and cycle time visualisation (CV)
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting projects
  • General administrative support, with a strong focus on shipping logistics

Skills Required:

  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • SAP experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience in an office/admin role
