Jobstore are a leading recruitment organisation who are are looking to enhance our support to existing and new clients across the Lincoln area.

We are looking for a confident, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to manage the delivery of staffing solutions across the whole Linocoln area, supporting our clients and candidates alike.

This is a self-employed position where you will retain 100% of the profits. We are not splitting ownership or profits but we want to give somone the opportunity to springboard of our existing client base in the area and continue to deliver the social value that the Jobstore brand stands for.

This position offers both flexibility and financial independence, ideal for someone who is motivated, organised, and enjoys helping individuals take the next step in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • identify and convert new business opportnities across the area.
  • Support job seekers into work, offering careers advise and matching to vacancies in the area.

  • Conduct interviews with pre-shortlisted candidates throughout the day

  • Assess candidate suitability based on company needs, values, and role requirements

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the client teams

  • Maintain accurate and organised records of Prospect clients, targets and wins

  • Represent the business professionally and with integrity at all times
