Surfacing & Surface Treatments Manager

What you'll be doing

• Management of supply chain partners and operatives on site to deliver programmes of works.

• Key point of contact for the Client Rep and SCP for developing programmes and performance reporting.

• Weekly/Monthly planning, programming and integration of works, minimising road space occupancy.

• Provide close liaison with commercial team to ensure accurate estimates (ECI) are produced.

• Ensure works, are carried out to client specification, and delivered to agreed costs and provide accurate records for commercial team.

• Management of Quality, Health & Safety, and environment in all operations.

• Review method statements and risk assessments to current working practices and legislation to ensure they are sufficient for the works to be undertaken.

Experience

Experience in leading and developing individuals.

Previous Construction Management experience within the relevant industry is required (Road Surfacing & Road Surface Treatments).
