Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an inspiring and knowledgeable English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Lincoln starting in September 2025. This is a fixed-term, full-time post ideal for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT ready to deliver engaging English lessons at KS3 and KS4.
Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and effective English lessons

Track and support student progress through assessments and feedback

Contribute to the school’s wider English curriculum and literacy initiatives

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:

UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS)

Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature

A passion for literature, language, and helping students achieve their best

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire
