Are you a talented and hard-working Secondary Cover Supervisor looking for new teaching opportunities? Simply Education is always looking to recruit adaptable Cover Supervisors to provide day-to-day and longer term support to secondary schools across Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing a supportive environment for all learners
- Working in collaboration with colleagues, parents, and school staff to ensure that the enhancement of pupil development is prioritised
- PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification
- A passion for secondary education and strong skills in communication, organisation and classroom management
- Understanding of the national curriculum for KS3 and KS4
- A proactive approach to teaching and the ability to encourage pupil engagement
