Position: Service Manager - Mental Health
Location: Lincoln, UK
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee our supported living services for adults with mental health in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of 40,000 per annum plus a car allowance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years management experience in a mental health settingHold a level 4 qualification in care or aboveStrong understanding of mental health and related servicesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage and motivate a teamStrong organizational and time-management skillsKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulationsValid driver's license and access to a car for work purposesResponsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services for adults with mental healthEnsure high-quality care and support is provided to service usersDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulationsManage and support a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance managementMonitor and manage budgets and resources effectivelyMaintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholdersCollaborate with other agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive support to service usersConduct regular audits and reviews to ensure quality standards are metStay updated on developments and best practices in the mental health fieldProvide regular reports and updates to senior managementIf you are a dedicated and experienced manager with a passion for improving the lives of individuals with mental health, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
