Position: Service Manager - Mental Health

Location: Lincoln, UK

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee our supported living services for adults with mental health in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of 40,000 per annum plus a car allowance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a mental health setting
  • Hold a level 4 qualification in care or above
  • Strong understanding of mental health and related services
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car for work purposes
  • Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services for adults with mental health
  • Ensure high-quality care and support is provided to service users
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage and support a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Monitor and manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive support to service users
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure quality standards are met
  • Stay updated on developments and best practices in the mental health field
