SEN Support Staff - Lincoln- Immediate StartLocation: LincolnSalary: £90 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)Reed Education is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Staff to work across a range of SEN and secondary schools in the Lincoln area. We are looking for individuals who have experience supporting children and young people with special educational needs, either in a school setting or through transferable roles such as care, youth work, or social support.The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with SEN (ASD, SEMH, MLD, ADHD, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach
  • Additional training such as Team Teach, MAPA or similar (desirable but not essential)
