Location: To cover the Lincolnshire region

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Due to continued growth, the company is looking for an Estimator to join their expanding Highways Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and sourcing tender opportunities
  • Preparing accurate and timely quotations that result in successful work orders
  • Building and maintaining strong supply chain relationships
  • Conducting cost analysis and price negotiations
  • Supporting quality bid submissions and project handovers

Skills and Qualifications

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Estimator / Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (required)
  • A self-starter with strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent forward planning and budgeting skills
  • Ability to assess project costs from limited information
  • Team player with experience collaborating across operations
