- Overseeing VAT enrolments and gathering necessary documentation for VAT filings and quarterly reporting
- Assisting with essential administrative functions in the office
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably from a practice background
- Skilled in preparing accounts up to the trial balance phase
- Proficient in software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Strong spoken communication skills – you’ll feel at ease guiding clients over the phone
- Able to manage multiple tasks and respond proactively to challenges
- A full UK driving licence is necessary due to the role’s location requirements
