Day-to-day of the role:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in special educational needs (SEN) settings.
  • Strong understanding of the strategies needed to manage and support SEN students effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with diverse educational backgrounds and abilities.
  • Patience, creativity, and dedication to student development and education.
