Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Service Desk Administrator for our client based in West Lothian.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a motivated and organised administrator to join a busy service desk team. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team responsible for customer support, scheduling works, and delivering all aspects of contract administration while meeting key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling reactive maintenance works.
- Programming and co-ordinating workloads for engineers.
- Logging client calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Managing service desk enquiries and ensuring prompt action is taken.
- Raising permits and issuing RAMS as required.
- Processing job sheets and maintaining accurate records.
- Raising purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Liaising with subcontractors to coordinate work schedules.
- Updating internal systems and databases.
- Working to tight KPIs and producing regular reports.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Administration and Customer Service
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Service or Contract Administration would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident in using IT systems and software.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
