This reputable, growing organisation based in Liphook is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their team. You will be joining a vibrant and creative business that continues to expand and has a very stable workforce. FP&A Analyst - About The Role

In this role, you will be reporting into the Financial Controller and will be working within a finance team of 10. They are looking for an analytical individual that will play a crucial role in guiding the organisation’s financial health by providing insightful analysis, forecasting and strategic planning.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Financial planning and forecasting: Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to project the company’s future financial performance, including cash flow and P&L statements
  • Lead the preparation of the annual budget, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Produce timely and accurate management reports, including analysis of sales and operational expenditure
  • Analyse discrepancies between actual financial results and forecasts/budgets, identifying underlying trends and providing recommendations
  • Assisting in strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions
  • Partner with business units to offer financial insights that drive strategic decisions and improve overall performance

The successful FP&A Analyst will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Actively studying towards a professional accountancy qualification
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
