Landscaping SupervisorSalary - From £32,000 to £38,000, depending on experience Office Location - LiphookHours - Monday to Friday - (Option of weekend work where required)

We are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, ISO accredited commercial landscaping company, delivering major infrastructure and public realm projects across the South of England. The projects range from drainage and earthworks to hard and soft landscaping, fencing to create public open spaces.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join their experienced team.

Key responsibilities and duties of Landscaping Supervisor:

  • Overseeing drainage, earthworks, hard landscaping, soft landscaping, and fencing works
  • General groundworks including earth works & grading
  • Mixing and working with concrete
  • Supervising site teams and subcontractors
  • Supporting with staff rotas and contributing to site profitability
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
  • Monitoring quality control and addressing client care matters
  • Ensuring the companies H&S standards are maintained on site
  • Liaising with the estimator to monitor and control budgets
  • Working flexibly across various project sites

Person specification:

  • Strong horticultural knowledge (formal qualification an advantage)
  • Must have NPORS or equivalent certification for digger and dumper operation
  • SSSTS (required)
  • CSCS Card holder
  • Previous experience supervising teams on construction or landscaping sites
  • Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • Committed to maintaining high standards in a client-facing environment
  • Positive, flexible, and able to support the wider team where needed
