Join Our Team as an NHS Band 3 Administrator - Community Wheelchair Service in the Lisburn Area !

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting vital community health services? We're looking for a reliable Band 3 Administrator to play a key role in delivering our Community Wheelchair Service.

Location - Blaris Industrial Estate Lisburn
Salary - 12.31 per hour, paid on a weekly basis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various IT systems including Finance Procurement and Logistics (FPL), Wheelchair BEST, ELMS, Electronic Materials Management, and JDA Warehouse to support service delivery.
  • Liaise with professional staff such as Occupational Therapists, District Nurses, and Physiotherapists to keep accurate, up-to-date information on all systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule wheelchair deliveries with transport departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling enquiries both in person and via telephone with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Prepare equipment collection dockets, schedule returns, and ensure timely crediting of returned Community Wheelchair Service equipment.
  • Maintain accurate filing of requisitions, delivery and collection notes, and all paperwork daily.
  • Record returned equipment accurately on electronic databases.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Manage Non-Stock Goods received notes and assist in expediting stock orders to ensure continuous supply.
  • Support management with stock control, catalogue reviews, and stock count activities.
  • Assist with Electronic Materials Management services for Trusts as needed.
