Pay: £14.84 per hour
Duration: Minimum 2 weeks, potential up to 6 weeks
Location: Environmental Health Service Unit
Team: Landlord Registration Scheme
Reports to: Landlord Registrar
Clear backlog of emails and issue new correspondence
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team
Assist with customer queries (by letter, email, and phone)
Help resolve data migration issues related to the landlord registration system
Essential:
5 GCSEs (Grades AC) including English and Maths, or NVQ Level 2
3+ years experience in clerical and administrative work
Confident using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritise workload and manage time independently
(If qualifications are not held, 5 years relevant experience is required.)
Desirable:
Customer service experience
Experience extracting reports from databases and checking data accuracy
Experience servicing meetings (producing agendas and minutes)
Experience working with external stakeholders
Methodical approach to working with large volumes of data
Friendly, professional manner when dealing with customers
Ability to work independently and identify issues early
Team-oriented, willing to support and collaborate with colleagues
Full support and training on processes will be provided
