We’re working with a reputable construction business seeking a skilled Timber Frame Designer to join their technical team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in off-site construction or timber frame detailing to work on a variety of residential and commercial schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and detailed timber frame drawings and schedules
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams
- Ensure designs meet structural requirements and building regulations
- Use specialist HSBCAD software to develop layouts and fabrication drawings
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in timber frame or off-site construction design
- Proficiency with design software HSBCAD
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Understanding of UK building regulations and structural detailing
