Day-to-day of the role:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and IT/OT disciplines.
- Troubleshoot and solve engineering/manufacturing challenges using proven techniques.
- Support site development and the execution of capital projects.
- Manage and prioritise maintenance activities with a strong focus on EHS, Food Safety, and production.
- Control engineering spares stock and help reduce utility costs through continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal standards, calibrations, and safe systems of work.
- Maintain 5S standards in the workshop and wider plant.
- Keep accurate, timely records and support engineering audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Engineering qualifications/experience - desirable if within FMCG or the drinks industry but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage teams.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP desirable) and confidence with Excel.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to balance individual initiative with team collaboration.
- Calm under pressure with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
