We're currently seeking a vigilant and professional Gateman to join our team on a busy site. This plays a key role in maintaining site security and ensuring smooth access control.
??? Key Responsibilities:
- Controlling access to and from the site
- Signing in visitors, deliveries, and contractors
- Monitoring CCTV (if applicable)
- Ensuring all personnel follow site safety procedures
- Reporting any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- General site tidiness and gate area maintenance
? Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Valid NPORS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- SIA licence (desirable but not essential)
