Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment is working with a long-established aviation business operating across the UK. Specialising in helicopter servicesfrom emergency medical operations and VIP charter to surveillance and pilot trainingthis organisation is known for its excellence and reliability within the sector.

We are seeking a Sales and Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement, parts sales, and stores management across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting to the Head of Engineering, with responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance, optimising supply chain operations, and managing a close-knit team. If youre experienced in aviation logistics or high-compliance environments and enjoy leading from the front, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and motivating stores personnel across all UK sites

  • Overseeing all procurement activities and the sales of aircraft parts

  • Leading processes around aircraft teardowns, storage, preservation, and part sales within a regulated environment

  • Developing procedures to ensure stores compliance with Part 145 and other relevant standards

  • Acting as the main point of contact for stores, logistics, and procurement queries

  • Coordinating training for team members on systems, documentation, and compliance topics

  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to maintain strong working relationships

  • Managing stock levels of frequently used aircraft spares to ensure availability across all locations

  • Ensuring timely calibration, documentation, and acceptance of tooling and equipment

  • Supporting facilities management across sites, including maintaining accurate records

  • Improving logistics efficiency related to customs clearance, import/export, and dispatch processes

  • Attending site visits and meetings with external suppliers and stakeholders

  • Conducting internal reviews and audits to strengthen operational practices

Requirements:

  • Strong background in procurement, supply management, and inventory control

  • Experience in a regulated or aviation-related environment is highly desirable

  • Excellent planning and analytical skills

  • Confident communicator with effective negotiation and vendor management abilities

  • Flexible and willing to travel across multiple UK sites as required

  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
