We're currently working with a Housing Association based across Exeter and Bristol who are looking for a proactive and organised Tenant Liaison Advisor to join their Planned Works team and help ensure the smooth delivery of improvement projects across their housing stock.

Key Responsibilities of a Tenant Liaison Officer:
  • Liaise with residents to provide updates, resolve concerns, and ensure minimal disruption during planned works.
  • Conduct site visits to carry out tenant inductions, monitor works progress, and complete aftercare checks.
  • Support the collection and reporting of accurate data to meet internal and external standards.
  • Organise and facilitate tenant events and support the delivery of service improvement projects.

What we'd love to see from you:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and resolve service delivery issues effectively.
  • Experience using IT systems to manage and update project data and customer information.
  • Understanding of health and safety, regulatory compliance, and the housing or construction sector is desirable.
