Warehouse Supervisor / Cut to Size Supervisor
Location: Gloucester, GL10
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: 14.47-16.29 per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Are you a hands-on warehouse pro with a knack for leading a team and keeping things running like clockwork? We're on the lookout for a Warehouse/Cut to Size Supervisor to join our client's friendly, hard-working team in Gloucester.
In this role, you'll be overseeing a small team in a fast growing company, operating cutting machinery, and keeping things organised on the admin side with spreadsheets and Sage.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading and supporting a small warehouse team
* Operating machinery to cut plastic roofing sheets to size
* Handling daily admin tasks using spreadsheets and Sage
* Keeping quality, safety, and efficiency standards high
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a supervisory warehouse role
* Confident using spreadsheets and Sage software
* Comfortable with hands-on, physical work and machinery
* Forklift licences: Counterbalance - Combi is desired but not essential
