We’re looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join our expert bodyshop team. You’ll take charge of repairing, aligning, and rebuilding vehicle structures to the highest standards — making damaged vehicles look and drive as good as new.
What You’ll Do

Carry out panel repairs and replacements in line with job cards and repair methods

Inspect vehicle frames and bodywork to assess damage and required repairs

Straighten and align chassis, panels, and body structures using jigs and pulling equipment

Carry out welding, filling, sanding, and finishing to manufacturer standards

Work closely with Paint and MET teams to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised work areas

Report additional damage or parts requirements to the Workshop Controller promptly
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician in a professional bodyshop

Strong knowledge of body alignment, repair systems, and welding techniques

Great attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Ability to read repair methods and follow manufacturer processes

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

A proactive, professional attitude and commitment to workplace safety
