Job Title: Project Manager (Full Time)
Location: Office based In Norfolk- Hybrid: Office, Site Visits, Remote)
Salary & Package: £50,000 - £57,000 Per annum, Company Car , Pension, Health Care, 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday)

Operating across the UK, they work on projects varying between £10K to £5M within JCT frameworks.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be the key contact for the client, responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead around 2-5 projects simultaneously (depending on job values) while working alongside estimators, a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS), and a Commercial Manager.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handling a diverse mix of construction projects, including fit-outs, refurbishments, apartments, new builds, and commercial schemes.
- Supporting expansion into design & build, ensuring smooth delivery
- Overseeing project budgets fluctuating between £500K-£10M
- Coordinating between site and office (2-3 days onsite, with potential for hybrid working).
- Leading client communication, ensuring expectations and requirements are met.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience managing multiple construction projects valued between £500K-£7M.
- Previous exposure to larger schemes would be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to manage teams effectively.
- CSCS Card (Gold or Black) required.
- NEBOSH certification preferred.
- Comfortable visiting sites UK Wide
- Ability to work embedded within a team and maintain strong client relationships.
- 4+ years at Project Manager level
