Futures are looking to appoint a  Production Team Leader in a fast-paced manufacturing business to play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The successful Production Team leader will be very present on the shop floor and be able to implement lean strategies.

Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:
- • Lead and manage a team of semi skilled and skilled operators.
- • Assign tasks and monitor daily production schedules.
- • Motivate and engage team members to meet targets.
- • Ensure production goals and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance.
- • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- • Oversee product inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- • Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve production bottlenecks or disruptions.
- • Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- • Act as a liaison between management and production staff.
- • Provide regular updates on production progress and challenges.
- • Ensure clear communication of company policies and procedures.
- • Promote a culture of safety and enforce workplace safety policies.
- • Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations and environmental standards.
