Position: Machine Operator
Contract Type: Temporary to permanent role
Location: Littlehampton, conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Littlehampton train station
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: 12.21 - 13.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production department.
- Ensure production meets quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, ideally within the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
