THE ROLE:-
Working within the operations Service team, you will deliver all aspects of freight forwarding and deliver excellent operational service in line with Company guidelines, legislation, and standards.
MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:- Arrange and have oversight of export, import from start to finish whether this be AIR SEA or ROAD/COURIER. Complete International Shipping and Customs Documentation Complete billing for both import and export jobs Work in accordance with international regulations Maintain communication and control through all phases of the journey Work closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure deadlines are met
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:-
Experience in Freight Forwarding essentials
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well organised and creative who has a positive enthusiasm and pragmatic approach
Detail oriented with strong planning, organisational and analytical skills
A motivated self-starter with a strong drive to support the company in its growth initiatives
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and CargoWise an advantage
