This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established 4-star hotel in the heart of Liverpool, just moments from the city's iconic waterfront. With 150+ bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 300 delegates, this property blends international standards with local personality - offering both operational challenge and clear progression for the right leader.

What you'll be doing

* Leading and driving operations across Rooms, F&B, C&E and Guest Experience
*Coaching and developing department heads to deliver exceptional service
* Driving standards, efficiencies, guest satisfaction and brand compliance
* Supporting commercial delivery through revenue, cost control and labour planning
* Being a visible leader on the floor - always ahead of the guest journey

Who we're looking for

* An experienced Operations Manager or Deputy GM with a hands-on leadership style
* Someone who thrives in a high volume,fast-paced hotel environment
* Commercially aware, financially confident, and strong on people development
* Confident in leading the guest experience end-to-end, especially C&E
* Ambitious, solution-focused and ready for the next step toward GM if desired
