What we’re looking for from you to join our team:

We are looking for a technically skilled accountant with a passion for systems and transformation to join our team as a Capital, Systems and Transformation Accountant for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role will lead improvements in capital and component accounting, enhance financial systems (Infor Q&A), and support compliance with evolving financial reporting standards including FRS102.

You’ll collaborate across Finance, IT, and Business Intelligence teams to streamline processes, drive automation, and ensure robust financial control. Ideal candidates will be professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or CIPFA), with strong systems experience and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Key Skills:

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including FRS102 and Housing SORP
  • Proven experience with finance systems and data reconciliation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate regulatory changes into system and process updates
  • Skilled in report writing and financial systems administration
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
