  • Weekly bank reconciliations
  • Credit card journal postings and reconciliations
  • Monthly control account reconciliations
  • Monthly VAT returns
  • Aged debt review
  • Update Fixed asset register
  • Assist with monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support with Purchase Ledger when required
  • Ad hoc analysis reports

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication, analytical and organisational skills.
  • A team player with the skills to adapt to new working practices and systems.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keen eye for detail and able to provide accurate information as required.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good sense of priorities.
  • Structures workload and delivers consistent results.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Studying AAT or looking to start it
