About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Administrator to join our team in Liverpool. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. You'll be supporting a busy team across administrative, HR, and facilities tasks playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and operations.

A full clean UK driving licence is desirable due to occasional off-site responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support

    • Manage diaries, organise meetings, and maintain appointment schedules

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and responding or redirecting as appropriate

    • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, filing, scanning, and note-taking

    • Complete and manage expense reports for relevant personnel

  • HR Administration

    • Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes

    • Maintain and update employee records

    • Support formal meetings through minute-taking and documentation

    • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR processes

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently

  • Professional, flexible, and adaptable to changing needs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately

  • Full clean UK driving licence (desirable)
