Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted Rated Good Secondary School in the L18 area. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administration Officer (Student Services) to join a close-knit and supportive team. This is a part-time role working Wednesday to Friday during term time, forming part of a job share. The role will suit a well-organised administrator with excellent communication skills, who can support students' day-to-day needs and ensure efficient, accurate administration across the school.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration (school-based desirable)

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and respond effectively to student and parent queries

  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data systems

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

  • First aid training (or willingness to train)
