This Brigg Scientific client are a well-established food manufacturer and they are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Technician for their Liverpool site.
A busy production facility, they are looking for recently qualified scientific candidates looking for a role in QA, or those with existing experience of food manufacturing and associated quality checks.
Key duties involve:
- Production line checks
- Sampling
- Laboratory liaison
- Batch number corroboration
- In coming raw materials sampling
- Flavour monitoring
- Associated quality paperwork associated with a busy food manufacturing environment.
The role is based within a rolling shift pattern, so interested candidates will need to be happy working alternating 12hr night and day shifts. including weekends.
Starting initially on a temporary contract, candidates with immediate availability will be considered with priority and full training will be provided.
Salary is circa �26,000 and overtime is available.
