Duties for the role of Project Architect include:
- Manage residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
- Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentations
- Carry out chairing meetings, as well as liaising with clients, contractors and other external team members
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions
Skills and experience for the role of Project Architect:
- ARB registered
- Significant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector
- Experience working across all RIBA work stages
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent drawing and detailing skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driver's license
