Senior Architect

A job-running, Senior Architect role is available with one of Liverpool's premium Architectural brands as they look to bolster their studio.

Our client are a reputable, market-leader in the Liverpool Architecture scene. They have an exceptional senior management team and some high-quality Architectural Designers working throughout the practice. Typically they are known for their work in the high-rise Residential and Commercial sectors, so they would ideally be looking to hear from applicants that can demonstrate experience in these areas.

Following some recent approvals on large scale projects across some of the UK's main cities, the company is in excellent health and has guaranteed work throughout the most part of the year ahead. They expect the workload to continually grow and further develop as the year progresses.

The ideal hire they are looking to make would be a UK-qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience. This person would ideally have good construction knowledge and an understanding of UK building regulations. In the interview, the hiring team will want to see a broad range of project experience in a portfolio, preferably demonstrating experience in the Residential and Commercial sectors. We are prioritising candidates that can show REVIT proficiency too. Experience with AutoCAD and other softwares will still be considered.
