A great opportunity for an experienced BA to join an industry leading global organisation, based here in Liverpool!What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and mapping business process improvements
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Assessing and defining requirements for system developments
- Provide training and coaching to end users when necessary
- Collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
- Take accountability on workload and task list
- Negotiating with key stakeholders and 3rd parties
- Facilitate the development of business and operation applications
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst position
- Demonstratable experience effectively engaging with stakeholders
- Proficient in process mapping
- Confident presenting findings and proposals
- A calm and proactive approach to workload
