Fee Earner – Conveyancing
Full-time £45,000 per annum

A modern and progressive law firm with a growing conveyancing department is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancer to manage their own caseload within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

• Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

• Handling files efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance at all stages

• Working closely with colleagues to maintain consistent standards across the team

• Updating case management systems in a timely and organised manner

• Ensuring all regulatory and procedural requirements are met

• Proven experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Confident working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

• Competent using legal case management systems

• Relevant legal qualifications (Law degree, CLC, or equivalent)
