Conveyancer / Case HandlerCertain Advantage is hiring for a Conveyancer/ Case Handler based in Liverpool. The role is on a permanent basis on a hybrid basis. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our New Build or Residential teams by stepping in to manage active caseloads during periods of colleague absence or increased demand. Instead of handling a fixed portfolio of files, you'll provide flexible support across the team—bringing variety to your day-to-day responsibilities. In return, you'll benefit from a competitive performance-based bonus.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support by taking overactive caseloads within the Residential or New Build conveyancing teams as needed
  • Ensure smooth communication by liaising with clients, developers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documentation and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keep case management systems (CMS) consistently updated with all relevant case information
  • Deliver outstanding client service by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries and concerns
  • Work towards exchange and revenue goals, with a strong emphasis on delivering a five-star client experience
£30,000-£35,000 DOE plus bonus. Hybrid available after period of trainingThe individualWe’re looking for people who have :
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a case handler handling your own cases.
  • Experience across both new build and residential is ideal
  • Managing a wide range of conveyancing transactions
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills. Passionate about delivering great customer service
  • Proficiency in using Proclaim or similar case management software.
