- Provide hands-on support by taking overactive caseloads within the Residential or New Build conveyancing teams as needed
- Ensure smooth communication by liaising with clients, developers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders
- Draft, review, and manage legal documentation and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
- Keep case management systems (CMS) consistently updated with all relevant case information
- Deliver outstanding client service by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries and concerns
- Work towards exchange and revenue goals, with a strong emphasis on delivering a five-star client experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a case handler handling your own cases.
- Experience across both new build and residential is ideal
- Managing a wide range of conveyancing transactions
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Exceptional customer service skills. Passionate about delivering great customer service
- Proficiency in using Proclaim or similar case management software.
