Growing restaurant is looking for aHead Chefto join its busy city centre restaurant.
Location: Liverpool
Salary: 35k plus tronc
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency, adhering to standards and developing a highly engaged and motivated kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operation including food safety, health and safety, COSSH and HACCP procedures.
- Ensuring customers receive exceptional quality food in line with brand standards and that this is delivered in a timely manner
- Managing kitchen team, including hiring and training staff, organizing rotas, and ensuring that all staff members adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.
- Monitoring kitchen targets on labour, wastage, and stocks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume establishment
- Efficient and effective leadership with excellent and clear communication skills
- Commercially savvy with knowledge of key kitchen KPIs
